Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in $25, $50 or $100 increments. Please note, when purchasing a gift card you will receive the order confirmation via email, and can then send the gift card to the intended recipient.
What if I need to edit my order once placed?
Due to the processing time of orders at our fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee an order can be edited once placed. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to help!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free ground shipping on every order over $50. We ship via UPS and USPS
How long will my order take to ship?
There is a 5-10 business day processing window for all orders, including those with expedited shipping. Once processed, your order will ship with standard shipping (3-5 business days) via USPS or USPS. Due to service delays across shipping carriers please allow up to an extra week for tracking updates and final delivery.

There was an issue with my delivery. What should I do?
Reach out to us at email@example.com with the details! Please note, we don’t offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked delivered but not received.
The product I ordered is on pre-order. What happens next?
When an item is out of stock and we have an expected restock date, it will be available to purchase on pre-order. Pre-order estimated shipping times are listed on the product page, during checkout, and on your confirmation email. Pre-orders ship in the order received and when all items are in stock. We’ll send a confirmation email when your pre-order is heading your way!

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we aren’t able to ship to countries outside the US, but will update you when we are able to :)
Where is my package?
If your order is marked "delivered" but the package hasn’t turned up just yet, we recommend waiting 48 hours as sometimes the tracking is inaccurate and updated in advance. If your package still has not arrived after 48 hours, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier first then emailing email@example.com.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We don't currently offer returns on any of our products. If you have any questions on a product you received contact us over at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order was damaged. What should I do?
So sorry about this! Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control and issues like this can happen. Please reach out to email@example.com with a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address and we can process a replacement order for you.
